About Me
I would like to introduce myself and let you get to know me better, which I will do through a series of updates on this blog.
From an early age I remember feeling normal and like everyone else, however, even before I was a teenager, I was picking up on statements made by adults such as "how did you know that", Omg! yesterday you said that would happen" or "where did you get that information from".
At this same time, I began to notice that adults were asking me for my opinion and advice. While I noticed these things, I didn't really overthink about it, I answered the questions I was asked the same as I would answer "what would you like for lunch".
At age 13, my Grandfather who I was very close to passed. Six days after my Grandfather's passing, I was walking down the main street of the small country town I lived in. I saw my Grandfather walking in front of me. I ran to catch up to him and I was yelling out "Grandfather, Grandfather". Then as I got to the end of the street and couldn't see him anywhere, I stopped dead in my tracks and felt like I had been hit by a ton of bricks as I remember 'Oh my goodness! We buried him three days ago!
I was so shaken up I went home and spoke to my mother. When I said to her "You will never guess who I just saw", she replied "Your Grandfather". My mother knew because my Grandfather had also appeared to her as well. My mother also informed me that she had just received a phone call from one of my Aunt's who said she had seen him as well. I now recognise that my Grandfather wanted us to know he will always watch over us. I believe he looks after all of his children and grandchildren, but he chose to appear to those of us who were open minded to his presence and not be afraid to understand that he was still going to assist and support us even though he was in a different place.
This is just a beginning of the experiences that I have had that has led me to study and live the spiritual life I am happily living today.
Until next time, take care.
